Handed down for a long time orally by the bards, before being put on paper, the "Mabinogion" are an inspired writing, which blends incredible stories of gods and men, heroic deeds and journeys to distant and mysterious lands. All the stories have a great historical-literary value, and allow, beyond the myths narrated, to discover symbols and teachings that are also useful to today's spiritual Seeker. Derived from texts found in medieval manuscripts, the White Book of Rhyderch and the Red Book of Hergest, they were edited and translated between the XNUMXth and XNUMXth centuries by William Pughe and Lady Charlotte Guest.
